- Commercial Negotiations and Strategic Partner Management – Led all initiatives for a large-scale transformation program to maximise the value from the strategic partnerships including Oracle, Accenture, CapGemini and a number of small to medium enterprises resulting in an uplift in delivery outcomes whilst achieving significant financial benefits.
- Programme Management – Led and delivered the technology component of the Core Banking replacement programme for a large Australian Bank. Headed up the Project / Programme Delivery function with annual portfolio of hundreds of million dollars including management of all 3rd party suppliers and commercial activities.
- Strategic Business & IT Planning – Led and delivered numerous strategic engagements for KPMG across multi industries and client. Held the position of Head of the Technology Architecture for a large Australian Bank establishing the organisations strategic technical architecture.
- Change Management and Transformation – Delivered business process reengineering and transformation programs across core banking, Custody services as well as implementation of Virgin Mobile Australia as a greenfield operation.
